At the end of 2015, we were responsible for planning all the communication of Cavalo Marinho, one of the most sophisticated kiosks in Rio, located in Praia da Reserva. The project started with a new visual identity, and had a greater emphasis on strengthening the brand in the online environment, starting with the management of social networks and the creation of a new institutional website. Our great challenge was to create a sophisticated communication, to attract a different audience pattern, creating a stronger relationship between brand and final consumer.
What used to be a simple Facebook fan page, is now the main channel of relationship between the brand and its consumers. This is where most of the customer feedback comes from, in addition to being a medium used for institutional and commercial campaigns by Cavalo Marinho.
Because it is a social network where the look is more relevant, Cavalo Marinho could not be left out of Instagram. With a modern environment and a stunning view, we work visually on the communication of the Kiosk to show users what it has to offer.
