Our objective was to make tangible, in addition to the main attributes of the brand, the purpose of uniting people (employer and employee) and transforming lives.
We take into account the essence of the brand, which is communicative, cool, agile, resilient, safe, strategic, motivating, reliable, humane and efficient.
We translated these pillars through shapes, from the shape of the letter A. We created the arrows representing agility and dynamism, we chose the circle in the center as a symbol of reliability, resilience and around it we distributed the shapes equally pointing to the center giving the feeling of union and connection.
